The 100% concept
All donations to 100% to the Children go uncut to the purpose chosen by the sponsor. 100% to the Children provides continuous, long-lasting support for local projects with potential to become self-sustainable. We want to help the most children, in the best way, for the longest time through facilitation of quality projects, across borders, in a non-bureaucratic, transparent and sustained manner.

Our administration costs are not met with funds from our project sponsors. We are building a network of administrative sponsors, mainly business associations, who sponsor the administration of 100% to the Children through work and funds as a part of their own Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. Besides, we are only to use the membership fees - but not the donations - for administrative costs according to the Danish tax authorities.

Fixed monthly and annual sponsorships to our administration ensure that 100% to the Children can achieve the organizational goal of bringing all project donations to the children in Mombasa, without any deduction for administrative purposes. Hence, raising funds to meet administrative and salary expenses for those professsionals working with the coordination and realization of our projects, is a parallel initiative.
